Welcome to the Chantel Ray Way!

Welcome to my page! If your Google search led you here, we probably have a lot in common. I have spent far too much of my adult life trying diet after diet, detox after detox, and fad after fad! I have read literally EVERY book on the subject and watched the scale go up and down. I even stop random skinny strangers in the street and ask them their secrets! I decided to turn to the Bible, and my study led me to 10 Biblical Principles that have completely transformed me from the inside out. Around this time, I noticed everyone at my gym was dropping weight like crazy, I had to ask my trainer what was going on! He introduced me to the world of Intermittent Fasting, and after the third week, I began consistently losing 1-2 lbs every single week, and keeping it off!

After combining these Biblical principles with Intermittent Fasting, I have finally discovered what I like to call the secret sauce, and I am passionate about sharing it with the world. I’ve watched these principles completely transform several of the people closest to me on all spectrums of their weight loss journey. I have no doubt that it will work for you!

The information that I share in my book “The Chantel Ray Way Diet”, on my Podcast, and here on the site is not a gimmick. I’m not a doctor, a dietician, or a trainer. I own a real estate company for Pete’s Sake! I am just like many of you, a wife, a mom, a sister, a friend. I am someone who simply wants to be the healthiest version of myself, and I am excited to share that journey with you.
