Heather is a busy working mom with two beautiful children! Her fast paced lifestyle makes it difficult to take the time to shop and prep for “healthy” meals. She’s tried many different diets, and is so glad to have finally found something that fits her lifestyle. She has been Intermittent Fasting and applying the principles found in this book for 5 months now, and has lost 17.5 lbs. She loves that she can fit into clothes that she hasn’t been able to wear in years, and says that her pants from last year are a size and a half too big! When asked what her favorite part of this lifestyle is, she responded “I definitely eat much less, have more energy and just feel better about myself. One of the things I love most I the 2 hour fasting. During the week, when I really want to drop pounds, I will do a 2 hour fast Monday – Thursday and I typically drop 3 lbs and keep it off! I can still eat the foods I love – I just eat smaller portions in a smaller window!”. Keep up the good work, Heather!
