Chris is Chantel’s trainer, and the person who first introduced her to the Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle. Chris was in what most people would consider to be good shape when he began, but like any true athlete, he wanted to take himself to the next level! In a quick six weeks, Chris cut 15 lbs and built a ton of muscle. He has been eating this way for about 6 months now. Not only has he seen great results, but he has inspired many of his clients to give Intermittent Fasting a try, and seen incredible results. Chris is known to have a sweet tooth, and when we asked him what his favorite part of this lifestyle is, he replied “I love the flexibility that Intermittent Fasting provides- myself and my clients are able to get lean without having the strictest diet”.
