Baby kale – handful or more
Orange – 1 whole, peeled
Sunbutter or any nut butter – 1- Tablespoon
Salt – couple shakes
Wild Greens Supreme powder – 1 scoop
Collagen powder – 1 scoop
Maple syrup – just a little if you want 1 teaspoon
Pump of minerals – 2 pumps
Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds – ½ Tablespoon
Flax seeds – ½ Tablespoon
Wild blueberries – ¾ cup
Mixed berries – ¾ cup
