Roasted Garlic Dip


  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper


  1. Make Roasted Garlic
  2. Place all dressing ingredients, including garlic into blender, food processor, or deep container to use immersion blender, and puree until smooth.
  3. Store dressing in glass jar with tight fitting lid for up to a week—-if it lasts that long!
