Roasted Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
- Make Roasted Garlic
- Place all dressing ingredients, including garlic into blender, food processor, or deep container to use immersion blender, and puree until smooth.
- Store dressing in glass jar with tight fitting lid for up to a week—-if it lasts that long!
