- 4 oz. canned, unsweetened, coconut milk
- 4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fresh ginger juice ( To prepare fresh ginger, either place whole ginger in a juicer or a blender. If you use a blender, be sure to drain and discard the pulp. )
- 1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple Or 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened acai
- 3 cups of fresh or frozen, organic spinach
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desire consistency is reached
