Ingredients

  • 4 oz. canned, unsweetened, coconut milk
  • 4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh ginger juice  ( To prepare fresh ginger, either place whole ginger in a juicer or a blender. If you use a blender, be sure to drain and discard the pulp. )
  •  1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple Or 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened acai
  • 3 cups of fresh or frozen, organic spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desire consistency is reached
  • Enjoy!
