This is very common, but it still has many ramifications you do not want, such as:
You may occasionally overeat.
You may go through periods where your clothes don’t fit as well as they used to.
You may occasionally eat when you’re stressed out or upset.
I know exactly how you feel because I went through all of this, but I learned to stop emotional eating and stop overeating. Back then, I just wanted someone to help me break these patterns, but not through another fad diet (that’s not going to work!)
