Meet Chris Sykes

Chris is originally from Brooklyn, NY and relocated to Va Beach when he was 11 years old. He graduated from Kellam High School before going on to attend TCC and Norfolk State University where he studied communication. He started his career in fitness in 2010. Since then he’s been a fixture in the Hampton Roads fitness and sports scene. Besides training many adults and local athletes he’s trained a number of NFL and NBA players. Married with 3 girls, enjoys traveling and playing minor league football in his free time.
