Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nutiva shortening
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 egg (or substitute with flax seed+water or 1/4 Cup Applesauce)
  • 2 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup super fine almond flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and place into refrigerator for one hour
  2. Roll into balls and flatten out like a pancake
  3. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes on 350 degrees
