1 CUP PECANS
1 CUP PUMPKIN SEED
1 CUP CASHEWS
1 CUP ALMONDS
3 SCOOP CHIA SEEDS
1/2 CUP HEMP
1 CUP COCONUT FLAKES
1/2 CUP COCONUT SUGAR
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL
1/4 CUP HONEY
1 TEASPOON VANILLA

DIRECTIONS
MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL. SET THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LEAVE
IN OVEN FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES STIRRING EVERY 5 MINUTES.
TAKE OUT AND COOL FOR 20 MINUTES AND STIR WHILE COOLING.
THEN 8-10 MINUTES BACK IN OVEN STIRRING EVERY 5 MINUTES.
