Killer Kale Coconut Green Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup avocado
2 tablespoons hemp, chia, or flax seeds
1 lemon, juice squeezed (about 2 tablespoons)
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, optional
1-1 1/2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup ice
1 cup cucumber
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of Blue spirulina
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in your favorite blender and enjoy!
