Killer Kale Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chopped kale

  2. 1 cup avocado

  3. 2 tablespoons hemp, chia, or flax seeds

  4. 1 lemon, juice squeezed (about 2 tablespoons)

  5. 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, optional

  6. 1-1 1/2 cups coconut water

  7. 1/2 cup spinach

  8. 1/2 cup celery

  9. 1/2 cup ice

  10. 1 cup cucumber

  11. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  12. 1 tablespoon of Blue spirulina

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in your favorite blender and enjoy!
